A man who organised an anti-racism protest in south Belfast last Monday night says he has been warned of a threat to petrol bomb his home.

Paddy Meehan arranged the protest to highlight local opposition to a campaign of intimidation being carried out against eastern European immigrants.

The following night, 20 Romanian families fled the area after their homes were attacked by a loyalist mob.

Mr Meehan says he has now been warned by the police of a threat to petrol bomb his home.
