Lee: Ministers sleeping on the job

Former broadcaster George Lee today accused government ministers of literally sleeping on the job while thousands of Irish people are being thrown onto the jobless scrapheap.

The ex-RTÉ journalist used his maiden speech to the Dáil to attack the country’s leaders as being removed from the painful reality in the daily soaring ranks of the unemployed.
