Man in critical condition after Bray shooting

A 32-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital following a shooting in Bray, Co Wicklow, in the early hours of this morning.

A 32-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital following a shooting in Bray, Co Wicklow, in the early hours of this morning.

The attack happened at an apartment complex in Richmond Hill shortly after 1am.

Two men fired shots through a second-floor window at the complex from an external stairway.

The injured man was found inside the apartment.

He was taken to Loughlinstown Hospital, but was later transferred to Beaumont Hospital, where his condition is described as critical.
