Protest over second runway plan at Dublin Airport

A number of people are protesting at Dublin Airport this lunchtime against the opening of a second runway.

The demonstration by "Plane Mad" coincides with similar protests at five other European airports.

The group is opposed to the expansion at Dublin Airport because they say it will result in an increase in greenhouse emissions.
