Councillors approve Bus Gate plan for Dublin

Dublin city councillors have approved plans to introduce a rush-hour ban on private cars in the College Green area of the capital.

The so-called Bus Gate proposals would prevent motorists from passing through the area in front of Trinity College between 7am and 10am and between 4pm and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
