Man admits to indecent assault of sister

A Roscommon resident has admitted to indecently assaulting his sister and having sex with her when she was underage over 20 years ago.

The 45-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to six counts of indecently assaulting the girl and six charges of incest in a Dublin house on dates between September 1, 1980 and February 28, 1987.
