Swine flu sufferer given clean bill of health

Ireland has effectively been declared clear of swine flu after the man at the centre of the country's only confirmed case was given a clean bill of health.

The man contracted the virus in Mexico, where scores of people have died from the illness, but his symptoms were said to be relatively mild.
