Kenny: Cowen is 'hero to zero'

The Taoiseach must immediately call a general election if Government parties get a drubbing at the local and European elections on June 5, it was claimed today.

Speaking on the eve of Brian Cowen’s first year in office, Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said the Fianna Fáil leader had gone from hero to zero within 12 months.
