Three rescued off Donegal coast

Three people have been rescued after their yacht got into difficulty off the Irish coast.

They were travelling to Greenland from Cornwall when they hit a storm 300 miles off the coast of Donegal.

An aircraft from Baldonnell was sent to help the yacht, as well as mayday calls from Malin head.

The three crew members on board were rescued by a tanker and no one was injured.
