Dublin by-elections to be held on June 5

The Government has confirmed that the two by-elections to replace the late Dublin TDs Seamus Brennan and Tony Gregory will be held on the same day as the European and local elections.

Environment Minister John Gormley confirmed in the Dáil last night that the polls to fill the vacant seats in Dublin South and Dublin Central will be held on June 5.
