Pay to dominate proceedings at GRA conference

The organisation representing rank-and-file gardaí says many of its members have less disposable income than people on social welfare.

The Garda Representative Association says some junior gardaí incurred large debts while training for the force and cannot make ends meet because of the levies and tax hikes introduced by the Government.
