VHI to provide €50m cash advance to HSE

The VHI is reportedly set to provide a €50m cash advance to the HSE as part of measures to prevent cuts in health services this year.

Reports this morning say the Department of Health will also transfer €10m from the National Treatment Purchase Fund to the HSE as part of the plan.
