Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin is hoping to speak to his Bolivian counterpart today to discuss the circumstances surrounding the death of Michael Dwyer.

The 24-year-old, from Ballinderry in Co Tipperary, was one of three men shot dead by police in Santa Cruz last Thursday.
