Roche: No evidence Dwyer involved in criminality

European Affairs Minister Dick Roche says there is no evidence that the Tipperary man killed in Bolivia was ever involved in any criminality.

Michael Dwyer (24) was killed in what police in Bolivia say was a shootout in a Santa Cruz hotel on Thursday.

Bolivian authorities say he was linked with an assassination plot aimed at President Evo Morales.

Minister Roche said there is a lot of confusion over the details so far.
