Gardaí launch investigation after man’s body found in Tyrellspass

Gardaí in Co Westmeath are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man's body in Tyrellspass this morning.

A post mortem examination is to be carried out tomorrow on the body, which was found at a premises in the town at around 11.20am.

Gardaí said they were not in a position to confirm if they are treating the death as suspicious.
