FG criticises Harney over cystic fibrosis unit

Health Minister Mary Harney has today insisted that the new unit for cystic fibrosis patients at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin will be fully operational by 2011.

Health Minister Mary Harney has today insisted that the new unit for cystic fibrosis patients at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin will be fully operational by 2011.

Harney was responding to accusations from Fine Gael's children's spokesperson Alan Shatter, who said she should hang her head in shame for betraying CF patients.
