Harney says cystic fibrosis unit will be built by 2011

Cystic fibrosis sufferers have succeeded in forcing the Government to honour its promise to construct a dedicated CF facility at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin.

Health Minister Mary Harney promised last year that the facility would be built by 2010.
