Teen critical following stabbing in Dublin

A teenager has been stabbed in Dublin at a house in Brookview Drive in Tallaght at 3.40am.

Two men entered the house and stabbed the 16-year-old boy, who was in the kitchen at the time.

He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he is in a critical condition.

The scene has been sealed off for a forensic examination and gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
