Extra time granted for Carroll killing interrogation
Detectives investigating the murder of PSNI Constable Stephen Carroll were tonight granted an extra five days to question a teenager and man arrested on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old and 32-year-old are being held in custody in Antrim.
They were arrested in Craigavon, Co Armagh as the dissident republican Continuity IRA said it had murdered Constable Carroll, 48.
Constable Carroll was shot dead on Monday night as he and colleagues responded to a call in Craigavon's Drumbeg estate.
