Man shot in leg during Ballyfermot attack

Gardaí are investigating an incident in which a man was shot in the leg in the Ballyfermot area of Dublin last night.

Gardaí are investigating an incident in which a man was shot in the leg in the Ballyfermot area of Dublin last night.

The shooting happened near Cherry Orchard Hospital at around 9pm.

The victim is understood to be in a stable condition in hospital.
