Dublin man goes on trial for allegedly sleeping with 16-year-old

A Finglas man has gone on trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl after they consumed alcohol and cannabis.

The 25-year-old has pleaded not guilty to defilement of a child in a park in North Dublin on September 28, 2006.
