The crew of a Latvian-owned ship is refusing the sail the vessel out of Cork as part of a dispute with their employers regarding pay.

The International Transport Federation says the nine crew members on the MV Defender are owed almost $100,000 (€79,910) and are refusing to sail the vessel until they are paid in full.
