Man held after sex assault on teen in Belfast

Police in the North have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman in Belfast this morning.

The alleged incident happened shortly before 4am on Franklin Street.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area at the time to contact them.
