Two arrested in operation targeting dissident republicans

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested two men this afternoon in connection with an ongoing investigation into dissident republican activity.

Gardaí from the Special Detective Unit detained the two, who are in their 30s and 50s, in the Newport Street area of the city at around 1.30pm.
