First minister condemns Troubles cash plan

Proposals to pay compensation to all those killed during the conflict in the North are grossly offensive and will foment community division, the First Minister said today.

Peter Robinson met Northern Ireland Secretary Shaun Woodward to outline opposition to the plans, which make no distinction between the families of paramilitaries and civilians killed.
