ICTU to outline measures for reversing economic decline

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions is set to make a submission on how Ireland should tackle the economic downturn and the massive black hole in the public finances.

ICTU will outline a number of measures it believes will help the country get back on track. It is expected to reject any process aimed at cutting the wages of public sector workers.
