Detectives uncovered more than 4,000 ecstasy tablets as well as cocaine and cannabis resin at the house at Kylemore Grove in Ballyfermot, west Dublin.

“This seizure has an estimated street value in excess of €50,000 depending on an analysis of the substances seized,” a Garda spokesman said.

Various other items of drug-dealing paraphernalia were also recovered during the operation, according to investigating officers.

No arrests were made but investigations were continuing.

Ballyfermot Garda Drugs Unit carried out the raid as part of an ongoing inquiry into the sale and supply of drugs in area.
