Mother and son appear in court in connection with alleged Garda assault incident

A mother and her 14-year-old son appeared at the Children’s Court today to face charges in connection with an incident where three gardaí were allegedly assaulted.

The woman and her son are charged with resisting arrest during a row at a Garda check-point at Cherry Orchard Drive in Ballyfermot, in Dublin on a date in August last year.
