Man treated for smoke inhalation following Dublin fire

A man in his 50s is being treated for smoke inhalation in hospital this morning after being rescued from a fire in the Dublin suburb of Cabra.

He was one of three people rescued from the house fire in Cabra Park.

Three units of the Dublin fire brigade were called to the scene shortly after 5am.

The other two people taken from the house are understood to be uninjured.
