Harney warns of more health cutbacks next year

Health Minister Mary Harney has warned of another swingeing round of cutbacks in the health service next year.

Ms Harney says the Government is facing immense challanges and the HSE has put proposals to trade unions on €500m worth of cutbacks next year.
