Aer Lingus: Siptu deal will save airline €25m
Aer Lingus have said the new restructuring plan agreed with SIPTU should deliver sufficient savings for the airline.
They said the options chosen by staff members have met the necessary take-ups required in Dublin, Shannon and Cork.
The new plan will deliver annualised savings of €25m to the airline.
Aer Lingus Chief Executive Dermot Mannion said the programme will provide an excellent platform for growth at each base in the future.
