Gardaí continue search for body in Dublin park

Gardaí are continuing to excavate a section of St Anne's Park in the Dublin suburb of Raheny this morning in an apparent search for human remains.

Officers have cordoned off part of the park following a tip-off from a member of the public.

They are refusing to comment on the nature of the dig, but are believed to be searching for human remains and say it could be a number of days before the operation is concluded.
