Man arrested in connection with death of woman in Dublin

A 38-year-old man has been arrested in Dublin in connection with the death of a woman at Tallaght Hospital last weekend.

The 38-year-old woman, from Knockmore Green in Tallaght, died at the hospital after she was admitted with serious injuries.

The man was detained in the Knockmore Green area at around 12.30pm and is being held at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
