Majority believe public servants 'should take pay cut'

A poll has revealed that the majority of Irish voters believe public servants should take a pay cut due to the state of the Government finances.

The latest set of figures from last week's Irish Times poll show that 53% of respondents thought the Budget should have included wage reductions in the public and civil service.
