Man arrested after €350,000 cannabis seizure

A 34-year-old man has been arrested after cannabis with an estimated street value of €350,000 was seized in Dublin.

This latest drug seizure was made as part of an ongoing operation by the Blanchardstown Drugs Unit.

Gardaí carried out a search of a house and a vehicle in the Mulhuddart area at about 8pm last night.

During the course of the search a quantity of cannabis herb was recovered.

The man is being questioned at Blanchardstown garda station under Section 2 of Drug Trafficking Act.
