ETA terrorist believed to be in Ireland

An international arrest warrant has been issued for a terrorist from the Basque separatist group ETA who is believed to be in Ireland.

The warrant was put out by a Spanish judge today after Jose Ignacio de Juana Chaos failed to appear at the National Criminal Court in Madrid.
