Residents to learn of incinerator challenge costs

Local residents in Ringaskiddy in Cork will find out what legal fees they will have to pay following their failed Supreme Court bid to postpone their challenge to the proposed waste incinerator pending the outcome of a European case.

They wanted the adjournment until the result of a legal action against Ireland in the European Court of justice was known.
