Robinson delivers hard-hitting speech to party

The DUP leader Peter Robinson has delivered a hard-hitting speech to his party conference in Armagh.

Mr Robinson said the DUP had secured the union, defeated republican objectives and would not budge on agreeing to devolve a date for policing and justice until the time was right.
