Earley to face criticism over barracks closures

The Defence Forces chief-of-staff is expected to face strong criticism today when he visits a number of barracks that are being closed in light of Budget cuts.

Lieutenant General Dermot Earley has announced the closure of four barracks in Donegal, Longford and Monaghan by the end of January.
