Lenihan putting final touches to Budget speech

Finance Minister Brian Lenihan is putting the final touches to what is expected to be one of the toughest Budgets in more than two decades.

The Government has brought forward the annual Budget speech to tomorrow due to the massive deterioration in the public finances this year.
