Harney to receive report into Monageer deaths
Health Minister Mary Harney is expected to receive an official report today into the death of the Dunne family in Co Wexford last year.
Adrian and Ciara Dunne were found dead along with their two young daughters at their home in Monageer in April 2007.
It later emerged that the couple had visited an undertaker in New Ross to arrange how they and their children would be buried.
An independent inquiry chaired by barrister Kate Brosnan was set up to establish the circumstances surrounding the deaths and how the state services dealt with the family before the tragedy.
However, Ms Brosnan's report has been delayed a number of times because of what the Government says are complex legal issues.
