Gardaí release man held after imitation firearms seizure

Gardaí have released a man in his 40s who was arrested earlier this week following the seizure of three imitation firearms at a flat in Cork.

The local Regional Support Unit was despatched to the scene after the man's partner reported that he had threatened her with a gun.
