Pay deal talks due to conclude

The final stages in difficult negotiations on a new national pay deal are expected to conclude today as months of talks come down to the wire.

Despite missing the latest one week deadline, unions and employers are due to spend another day at Government Buildings in a last ditch effort to strike an agreement.
