A man has been arrested in connection with an incident in Waterford earlier this week in which a teenage girl was shot with a pellet gun.

A man has been arrested in connection with an incident in Waterford earlier this week in which a teenage girl was shot with a pellet gun.

Sixteen-year-old Bridget Delaney was shot in the stomach at the Bilberry halting site at around 10.30pm on Monday night.
