Gardaí investigate suspected road rage incident

Gardaí are continuing to investigate an incident which took place in Co Waterford last night.

A car sped down John St at around 10pm and repeatedly rammed another car in front of Saturday night revellers.

It is understood a number of shots were also fired.

Gardaí arrived at the scene and a number of people were detained.
