Cancer campaigner praises new HSE 'openness'

Cancer campaigner Rebecca O'Malley has praised the HSE for what she says is an unprecedented demonstration of greater openness, transparency and acceptance of accountability for patient safety.

The cancer survivor was reacting to the publication of an implementation plan by the HSE following recommendations made by the Health Information and Quality Authority.
