Harney: Organs blunder was unacceptable

Health Minister Mary Harney has said a blunder involving post mortem examinations at Dublin's Beaumont Hospital was 'unacceptable'.

Reports this morning say extra organs were put into the body of a British tourist during a post mortem in 2006.
