New figures from the Government have reportedly revealed that less than one-fifth of gun crimes in Ireland result in a criminal conviction.

New figures from the Government have reportedly revealed that less than one-fifth of gun crimes result in a criminal conviction.

Reports this morning say more than 3,600 gun crimes were recorded in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
