Defence Minister: Situation in Chad is 'highly volatile'

The Minister for Defence has described the current situation in Chad as 'highly volatile'.

Willie O' Dea also says the involvement of Irish troops in peacekeeping efforts there is the most challenging mission ever undertaken by the Defence Forces.
