Roche represents Ireland at Quebec anniversary
European Affairs Minister Dick Roche today represents the Government in Quebec as the city marks its 400th birthday.
A total of 600 events are being planned to celebrate the 1608 founding of the Canadian metropolis by French explorer Samuel de Champlain.
